Hello,
to provide you with an update on the relocation plan for your servers affected by the outage:
Our teams currently on site in Strasbourg are working together with the data center operator to prepare new racks on the new floor.
The progress over night was racks being prepared with Power Distribution. Currently, the last PDUs (Power Distribution Units) are being installed in the racks.
At the same time, switches were installed in these racks, which are currently being connected to our existing network infrastructure.
Simultaneously, your servers from the effected DC room are currently being dismantled and brought to the new racks.
Our next steps are configuring our network devices, while continue moving servers from effected to new racks.
Due to this exceptional situation, we cannot predict the availability of individual systems at this stage.
We will keep you updated about the process.
