Windows Server with IP 134.119.217.98 has been giving us lot of trouble.
We have decided to upgrade the server Hardware
please note that migrating a Windows Installation to new hardware requires
the Windows installation to be generalized.

We are experts in handling such situations by upgrading hardware and moving Hard Disks from the old server to the new server. This way IP will not change and down Time is less than 40-50 minutes.
And no migration of data from the old server to the new server
